About this stay
A hillside homestay among carob trees, with a garden pool and yoga deck.
Monte Verde Retreat is a homestay on a hillside farm between Carvoeiro and Lagoa. Our host Joana offers three guest rooms in a restored farmhouse, surrounded by carob trees, lavender and a wide garden with a small shared pool.
Each room has its own bathroom and opens onto the garden. Guests share a big farmhouse kitchen and a wooden deck where Joana runs gentle morning yoga twice a week.
The beaches of Carvoeiro and Marinha are fifteen minutes by car, and the Lagoa wine cellars make a good afternoon trip. A car is recommended.
