About this stay
A family homestay near the lagoon, with a garden, bikes and birdwatching walks.
Ria Formosa Homestay is a family home on the edge of the lagoon nature park, between Faro and Olhão. Our hosts Carla and Nuno offer two guest rooms with garden views and a warm welcome.
The rooms share a bright lounge and kitchen, and breakfast is served on the garden terrace. Bikes, binoculars and a well-thumbed birdwatching guide are free to borrow.
The lagoon footpath starts at the end of the lane, and boats to the island beaches leave from Olhão. Faro old town is a fifteen-minute drive.
